Michelle Perez-Canals, P.E.

Michelle Perez-Canals is a geotechnical engineer with over a decade of experience in geotechnical, earthquake, and dam engineering. Her experience includes planning and performing site explorations, detailed site characterization, laboratory testing, instrumentation monitoring, and slope stability analyses. She has a strong background in seismic assessments and design including liquefaction evaluations, site response analyses, seismic stability analyses, and seismic remediation design for dams and landfills. She holds an M.S. in Geotechnical and Earthquake Engineering from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez.
