Paul M. Garvey

Senior Project Scientist

Paul is a Senior Project Scientist responsible for environmental project planning and managing; collecting, reviewing and interpreting analytical data; and preparing and implementing remedial work plans for a wide range of environmental projects. He serves as the coordinator for GEI’s asbestos consulting activities in Wisconsin.

He has served as project manager for numerous Brownfield assessment and cleanup projects funded through State and Federal Grants. Other project experience includes industrial building demolition and materials management; remediation system design, construction, and monitoring; property transfer assessments; landfill construction documentation; and underground storage tank decommissioning and assessment.

He holds a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
