Ecologist

Reggie Graves is an ecologist in GEI’s Washington, DC office. Reggie Graves is experienced in obtaining permits for government, commercial, residential, and utility projects throughout Maryland and Virginia. He manages site visits, coordination with project managers and regulatory agencies, and preparing permit submittals to state and federal agencies, such as Maryland Department of the Environment and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His experience includes project management, stream and wetland mitigation and restoration monitoring, water quality sampling and monitoring, tidal and non-tidal wetland delineation and permitting, forest stand delineation and forest conservation plan preparation, and stream geomorphic and coastal resource assessments.
