Russell Titmuss, P.E., C.Eng MICE
Project ManagerRussell Titmuss has over 30 years of design and project management experience gained in the USA, U.K. and Bermuda. He specializes in waterfront and coastal projects with an emphasis on structural engineering. His project experience has included project management, planning and design of piers and wharves, industrial and commercial waterfront facilities, small boat facilities including marinas, boat ramps and docking facilities, passenger ferry berthing and loading facilities, pile supported structures, bulkheads and shore protection. Additional experience includes the design of dredging projects.
While working in Bermuda from 1997 to 2003, Russell was responsible for implementing new government projects and inspection, assessment and maintenance to government bridges and docks. A major element was the responsibility for government owned bridge and waterfront structures throughout the Island of Bermuda.
Since arriving in the USA, Russell has been working exclusively on marine and waterfront projects in Massachusetts and throughout the Northeast.
Russell has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology, part of the University of London.
