Steve Wolosoff
Water Quality Practice Leader, Senior Project ManagerSteve is a water resources scientist with experience in water quality planning and project management for a wide range of projects nationwide. His areas of focus include watershed pollutant load modeling, watershed plan development, lake water quality assessment, microbial source tracking, water quality treatment alternatives analysis, and hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
Steve is the technical lead and project manager for several projects to support multi-agency stakeholder groups in developing new policy under the Clean Water Act or implementing existing water quality regulations. He has an in-depth understanding of a wide range of environmental policies and regulations that helps him support state agencies in creation of policy, as well as dischargers in development of cost effective and innovative compliance strategies. Steve has expertise in several watershed and lake water quality modeling tools and a keen sense for developing technical approaches to complex scientific questions with an appropriate level of rigor.
