Tom is a senior project manager and geologist who oversees large client accounts and complex environmental projects at industrial sites nationwide. He specializes in LNAPL/DNAPL site management, sediment investigations, conceptual site modeling, and client advocacy.

Tom delivers strategic solutions through multidisciplinary teams, supporting clients with hydrogeologic assessments, groundwater modeling, litigation support, and risk-based remediation. He works closely with clients to understand key issues and develop technical work products to achieve desired project outcomes across a portfolio of sites spanning multiple states.

Tom is focused on clear communication and strategic planning to optimize remediation and manage environmental liabilities working with technical and legal decision-makers. He is responsible for developing work scopes/budgets, managing schedules, organizing technical teams, and preparing a range of project deliverables including reports, memos, presentations, and meetings
