GEI Consultants Hires Senior Geologist Mark Smith

Fort Worth, Texas – October 12, 2017– GEI Consultants Inc., one of the nation’s leading geotechnical, environmental, water resources and ecological science and engineering firms, announced today that Mark Smith, P.G. has joined GEI as a senior geologist out of the firm’s Fort Worth, TX office.

Mark has more than 25 years of experience as both a project and portfolio manager who is trained in soil and groundwater investigations, remediation budgeting, forecasting, personnel management, and regulatory agency negotiations. He also has extensive experience in project design, cost estimating, bidding, scheduling, and coordination.

Mark has a B.S. in Geology from Oklahoma State University and is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist in Texas.
