GEI University (GEIU)
GEIU is our virtual campus for leadership, learning and advancement. We have hundreds of eLearning courses on technical and interpersonal topics. Many of our courses meet continuing education unit (CEU) criteria for certifications and licenses.

Growing Our Employees
In addition to GEIU, we invest in employees by offering workshops, technical brown bag sessions, interpersonal and leadership skill building, opportunities to attend and speak at industry conferences and internal learning programs, such as our cohort-based Leadership Development Program. All employees are asked to develop personalized career development plans with their leaders and include a variety of other learning opportunities including on-the-job learning, taking on stretch assignments and more.
We also partner with external experts to train employees on tools and approaches that help employees gain a deeper understanding of both their own and others strengths and motives. Our goal is to help employees learn how to work together more effectively, develop stronger communication skills, and inspire greater accountability for stronger individual and team results.
