Steven Lowe
Geostructural Practice LeaderWith more than 30 years of experience in geostructural engineering, Steven brings extensive expertise in the design of support of excavation systems and temporary structures, as well as foundation and ground improvement solutions. His broad exposure to projects of varying size, geographical location, and complexity has given him the understanding that each is unique and requires a solution tailored to the site-specific conditions and client needs.
Throughout his career, Steven has been involved with challenging projects in the New York City area and across the country, consistently delivering innovative, efficient, and constructible designs. His technical background, combined with a collaborative approach to problem-solving, has allowed him to contribute to the successful completion of some of the most challenging infrastructure and development projects. As a certified Associate DBIA member, he appreciates the critical role of the design engineer within alternative project delivery systems.
Steven holds a Master and Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Planning from Rutgers University.
