Steve is a senior project manager and construction services lead at GEI with over 35 years of civil engineering experience. He oversees technical and project management aspects of municipal infrastructure and land development projects, including roads, sewers, grading, and stormwater management. Steve offers expert guidance on project constructability, contract documents, and trenchless technologies. He is instrumental in training and supervising design and construction staff, leveraging his experience to create successful project teams leading to successful project outcomes.
