Cultural Resources Practice Leader, West Region

Nichole is an innovative and results-driven archaeologist with more than 20 years of experience in archaeology and cultural resources management. A passionate advocate for heritage preservation, she excels in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliance-driven solutions aligned with the California Environmental Quality Act and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act on behalf of agencies across the western United States.

Nichole’s expertise spans archaeological survey and excavation, Native American consultation, and GIS applications, with a proven track record of integrating cutting edge methodologies to meet complex project requirements. She is a strategic leader with deep capabilities in risk management, contract administration, client engagement, and business development. She fosters strong relationships with subconsultants and teaming partners, and is committed to mentoring personnel and guiding career growth within her teams.

Nichole received a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Sacramento State University and a Master of Science in Anthropology from California State University. She exceeds the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for archeology and history.
