Cindy Tejeda
Senior Water Resources PlannerCindy Tejeda is a water resources professional who works with a variety of clients on integrated water management and climate resilience. Ms. Tejeda has more than 25 years of experience in civil works planning and policy and is recognized as a national expert on comprehensive watershed planning, floodplain management, stakeholder engagement, and Tribal affairs with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
For more than a decade, Cindy enjoyed building collaborative capacity within USACE as a regional leader in the Collaboration and Public Participation Center of Expertise (CPCX), an authoritative source for senior Corps leaders, government agencies, civilian, and international leaders from related industries to improve collaboration and conflict resolution in water resources management. Cindy has contributed to national policies that bring collaboration, whole-of-government approaches, and Tribal sovereignty to the forefront of water resources investment decision making.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Conservation Resource Studies at UC Berkeley.
