Julie Jennings, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Julie Jennings is part of GEI’s Executive Team as the People leader. She has over 25 years’ experience in human resources and uses her diverse background and skills to collaborate with leaders to develop solutions that work in conjunction with business needs. For her, it’s all about getting the right thing done, for the right reasons and in a way that enhances employee morale and the company’s culture while eliminating future issues. Her goal is for employees to have an amazing “employment experience” throughout their careers that results in the vibrant well-being of each employee and the organization.

Julie has a Master of Science in Health & Wellness with a graduate certification in Anatomy and Physiology from American College of Healthcare Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from California State University Sacramento, an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Cosumnes River College and a certificates in “Talent and the Top Performing Organization” from Harvard Business Review’s Human Resources Executive Education Program and a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from eCornell University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP). She has also completed The RBL Group’s Advanced Business Leader Development Program. She is a trained Six Sigma green belt and black belt and received national recognition for a process improvement initiative while working at G.E. Capital.
