Vice President & Senior Practice Leader - Energy Pipeline & Trenchless EngineeringWebb Winston, P.E., serves as Vice President and Senior Practice Leader of Energy Pipelines and Trenchless Engineering. Webb is a Professional Engineer with two decades of experience as a senior engineering leader with deep technical expertise in trenchless pipeline delivery and large-scale natural gas pipeline infrastructure.
Prior to joining GEI, Webb spent 14 years as Principal Engineer and Trenchless Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Williams who owns and operates over 30,000 miles of pipelines and handles approximately 30% of the natural gas in the United States.
Webb is a senior engineering leader and nationally recognized trenchless expert known for guiding enterprise strategy, risk governance, and delivery of complex trenchless projects including HDD, Direct Steerable Pipe Thrusting, microtunneling, and other programs, performing projects across 31 U.S. states as well as internationally.
Webb holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Science in Construction Management and Technology from Arizona State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Underground Construction and Tunnel Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
