William Link, P.E.

William Link is a civil engineer with 11 years of experience in the management, design, and construction support of land development projects with a specialization in stormwater conveyance and stormwater management facilities. He has been involved in projects throughout northern and central California where his design and management experience includes preparing improvement plans as engineer of record; cost estimates; scheduling; coordinating meetings between clients and agency personnel; and managing teams during the planning and design phases of work. His background also includes extensive hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling and flood control facility design.

William holds a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on Water Resources from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
