The Bakersfield office, led by Principal and Branch Manager Larry J. Rodriguez, provides water resources management and planning services for central California. GEI provides water management expertise to a large range of clients from local water districts and irrigation districts, to cities and counties, and at the state and federal level. GEI’s water planning and management services include creating and assisting in the implementation of integrated water management plans, groundwater management plans, urban water management plans and agricultural water management plans.
