BUFFALO, New York, March 18, 2026 Jeffrey Hall has joined GEI as a Senior Professional. A professional engineer and program manager, Jeffrey brings more than 25 years of experience delivering complex environmental solutions to federal, state, and private industry clients. He has a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of environmental remedial investigation, design, and action.

“Jeffrey specializes in investigating and remediating hazardous, toxic, and radiological waste,” says David Romano, Senior Project Manager at GEI. “His proven ability to deliver effective solutions for some of the most complex cleanup initiatives – supporting both the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and private sector clients – will strengthen GEI’s federal and commercial pursuits and expand our capabilities across upstate New York and the broader region.”

Jeffrey’s specialties include executing large-scale remediation projects under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). He has extensive expertise in hazardous waste containment, complex waste stabilization, and innovative groundwater treatment technologies. Jeffrey has served as a primary technical authority for multi-billion-dollar remedial design programs, during which he oversaw the integration of sophisticated engineering with rigorous project controls.

“GEI is an employee-owned and a proven nimble organization that operates seamlessly, regardless of where team members are located. That appealed to me,” says Jeffrey. “In addition to sustaining the existing environmental practice in Buffalo, I hope to expand and grow it, specifically within the federal sector.”

Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a licensed professional engineer in North Carolina and New York (pending), and a certified Project Management Professional.
