AI and enterprise data expert Adam Lashley joins GEI

Lashley builds platforms that enable responsible AI.

Boston, Massachusetts, June 30, 2026 – Adam Lashley has joined GEI Consultants as AI & Data Platform Architect Lead. Adam brings more than seven years of experience designing enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms, helping organizations responsibly scale AI capabilities.

“Having worked with Adam previously, I’ve seen firsthand how he brings people together around data and AI in a way that’s both practical and forward-thinking,” says David Turk, GEI’s Vice President of Digital Strategy and Solutions. “He has a rare ability to pair deep technical expertise with clear, thoughtful communication and build secure, scalable platforms while helping teams understand how to use them to drive real impact.”

Adam’s experience combines enterprise data architecture with responsible AI enablement. He is passionate about building AI proofs of concept and confirming the result is auditable, secure, and can be operated well over the long term. Adam’s perspective has been shaped by working across industries to build sustainable platforms.

Adam received a Master of Science in Data Science from New College of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
