Art Leventis Joins GEI

WAKEFIELD, Massachusetts, February 2, 2026 – Arthur Leventis has joined GEI Consultants as a Senior Engineer/Water Utility Infrastructure Leader. Arthur has 30 years of experience partnering with public and private sector clients to plan, develop, and deliver complex water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure improvement projects.

He guides projects from early planning and feasibility through design, funding, permitting, and construction, focusing on compliance, constructability, and lifecycle performance.

“Art offers strong project management experience in executing water infrastructure projects, including project development, engineering design, and construction oversight,” says Mike Schultz, P.E., GEI’s Boston Area Manager and Vice President. “Art will be an integral part in building our civil engineering and water infrastructure practice in the Northeast.”

Arthur has extensive experience securing and managing project funding through state and federal programs, supporting clients through stakeholder coordination, utility operations, and capital improvement planning. He is recognized for strategic problem solving, collaborative leadership, and the ability to align cost-effective technical solutions with clients’ operational, financial, and community objectives.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Union College and is a licensed civil engineer in Massachusetts.
