GEI Announces New Leadership for 2025

Woburn, MA, September 23, 2024 – GEI Consultants announced today that Scott Wallington will be the company’s next Chief Executive Officer and Tom Kahl will be GEI’s new President. Scott and Tom take the reins of the North American environmental, engineering and construction services firm from President and CEO Ron Palmieri who will remain active within GEI. Scott and Tom will begin their tenure in January 2025.

Scott Wallington has been Chief Development Officer at GEI since 2014. He has led the development of the company’s first and current Strategic Plans, reinforced GEI’s key client program, and further developed and led the company’s merger and acquisitions strategy.

Tom Kahl has been with GEI for 35 years and he currently serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Tom’s career at GEI spans environmental and engineering consulting, operational management, organizational development and financial strategy and planning.
